The Amani Resorts Cultural Board of Advisors serves as the advisory body to the Amani hotel and resorts on matters relating to African tourism and travel representation in North America.  

The Board advises Amani CEO on all matters of collaboration with African public organizations and private entities, in view of enhancing visibility and promoting travel. It further provides a forum for discussing tourism opportunities and destinations.  

The Board compiles comprehensive information on African tourism, including travel facilitation, visa policy, vaccine requirements, as well as updated information relating to specific destinations and tour recommendations.  

The Board is comprised of up to fifteen members, with typically one per country. But, may be extended upon invitation. Members represent public organizations or State agencies, as well as private entities active in the cultural space or in the travel and tourism sector, typically for renewable terms of two-years.  

The Board was originally chartered in 2023 and is presided over a one year period, on a rotating basis.
